I worked on a design strategy to help increase adoption and optimise navigation across Sony Music Suite apps. This strategy relies on both the chronological steps in products’ lifecycle, and on the different groups of users who need part or all Suite apps to perform their job. It required leadership alignment and a plan to move forward. From a user experience standpoint, as a first step I setup a team and processes to create an experiential language — a design system — that could be used across all apps and provide a consistent experience whilst reducing implementation time.
